Although currently a few cities in China have already adopted the law for child car seat, the country on the whole is still in great need of the authoritative management of government legislation. In accordance with this present situation, Ministry of Public Security is expected to add the rule for child car seat as the first rule in the Road Traffic Safety Law, said the related official. And also the draft version of China’s first law for child car seat is being worked out now, and will be submitted during the two sessions next year. If everything goes well, the law will be officially implemented in 2016.
